When the relaise v1.3?
V1.3 is only available in beta version.

Hi Lavender, do you mean when the final v1.3 will be available as a "stable" version? we are not sure, it'll continue in "beta" for some time (maybe 6 or 8 months more). Anyway remember that you can switch to the beta branch to access the v1.3-beta version: https://www.aseprite.org/beta/
