How do i make pixel art not look blurry when i upload it to steam?

I have tried scaling it up but it still comes out blurry. Any solutions?

Make sure you save it as .png and not .jpeg

File -> Export. There you can chose a factor (for example 200%). This will scale the picture up without AA/Blur and will keep your pixels nice and crisp.
