Hold shift for diagonal Pixels at higher brush size

I want to draw lines faster by holding shift with the pencil brush right, If its one 1PX its fine I can easily draw a diagonal line, but as soon as I bump the size up to 2PX the line becomes thicker and I cant draw diagonal lines without having to draw it all manually, Is there any way I can speed up the process?

what is the problem ? 2x2 diagonals work exactly the same as 1x1 diagonals

IDK its hard to describe Like I want to be able to hold shift to draw Diagonal lines that are perfectly pixel shaped and now just one thick line
