Is there a way to move a layer up or down?
I'm kind of new :-)

Any future support to copy and paste layers unless that's already in there and I just can't find it.

I left click and drag, but that highlights multiple layers. I right click and drag. Something almost happens I see a highlight, but then nothing moves.

Hi sitebender, you can drag & drop the border of the selection to move layers[www.aseprite.org] (using Ctrl or Alt key will create a copy of the layers[www.aseprite.org])

I hope it helps!

Yes, this wasn't that obvious to me too. Had to find tutorial. Maybe alternative context menu options like "Move Up" and "Move Down" would be OK. Or some hint.

Yes, a context menu / command means we could also bind a keyboard shortcut for it. Here is the feature request for a shortcut to move layer up/down: https://community.aseprite.org/t/quick-layer-order-arrangement-with-shortcuts/12187/2
