Select All Layers with shortcut key?

When I make a selection with marquee tool, if I want to move/transform ALL layers under that selection, I first have to move my pointer to the animation timeline and then select the layers.

Is there a shortcut key to select all layers (for the current frame I'm on)? I use this quite a lot and it would speed up my workflow.

If you click on the frame number it will select all cels, for that frame in all layers. I'm not sure if there's a keyboard shortcut for it though.
