Report a translation problem
You basically need to select what you want to copy from those layers (the layer you're located in doesn't matter in this part), then either press the shortcut or the before-mentioned option in the top bar. Once you do that, you can paste it like you would normally do in the layer you want it to be placed in. After that is done, It will paste the content of the selected area in there.
Export the selected frame to an image, open that image in either aseprite or photoshop, then selected and copy the desired chunk.
Do you know how I can contact the developer to comment on this issue?
the layers will be carried onto new frames, not selected fragment tho whole canvas only
