Is it possible to quick horizantal/vertical rotate?

Hi there! Do you mean to rotate the selected area quickly? You can use Edit > Rotate > 180/90 CW/CCW options, from Edit > Keyboard Preferences you can assign some keyboard shortcuts in case you need to do the same operation several times.

Hmm, maybe that, I ment like the simple MS paint where you can just simply select something then press "Rotate horizontally/vertically/180"

I think you are talking about the "flip horizontally/vertically" and "rotate 180/90 CW/CCW" options. You have them in Edit > Flip Horizontal/Vertical and Edit > Rotate menu. I hope it helps!
