A way to move frames around?

Im doing a simple animation of running (for example) i made like 3 frames. I realized my cycle of running is wrong.

So i want to put 2nd frame and swap it in a place of a 1st frame.
How do I do that?
In something like piskelapp it was as wasy as dragging a frame under or over another frame.

In this dragging doesnt work, there is no option such as “move to next frame” “or move before last frame” nothing.

Any help would be appreciated

I tried that it just highlights the next frame, it doesnt move the position of the frame to the place i drag it to.
The frame stays there and i end up highlighting other frames.

I tried dragging it from the dot circle ⭕️, from the top, and from the border. They arent locked they just dont move.

Thanks again I see what the issue was,
at first I kept trying to drag it and instead it would just highlight the frames my cursor glaced over, I tried doing it from the edge too and it didn't work.
And thats because you can't just move frames around on the fly, you have to do 2 actions, first highlight a specific frame and then the arrow star appears at the border to click again.

If you don't highlight arrows don't appear, u go to the edge but end up highlighting multiple instead. Thx again for your help
