Show all tools at once?

At the moment I have several tools lumped together in their toolbar on the right hand side of the window. The pencil, for example, is home to both the pencil and the spray can, meaning to select the pencil I have to choose the pencil twice.
Is there anyway to "ungroup" these icons and have them all appear individually at once?

Don't think you can show all at once, but you can use the hotkey shift+b for quick access to the spray tool. You can even modify the hotkeys in Edit / Keyboard Shortcuts... if you prefer another key.
