How to move/edit/delete multiple layers and/or frames simultaneously?

I have 10 layers and 4 frames, and I just want to make a quick bulk edit. Do I have to do this 40 times? I'd imagine there has to be a way to select multiple layers and/or frames, but I can't figure it out.

Depending on the kind of change you want to do, you have some options:

Ah okay, yeah I'm wanting the second one. I did it manually for now, but look forward to this feature! Thanks!
