In the trailer it showed you can make messages/texts for art, how do I make those?

I'm not familiar with your issue. Maybe your install needs to be verified via Steam or something.

From your Steam Library tab, right click Aseprite, go to "Properties", go to "Local Files" tab, then click button to "Verify Integrity of Files."

I think it references your windows texts, I loaded a text now on my work Pc and it worked without any error; so either your windows texts are missing/not installed/ or the applications' database is missing the access to it// do what k r i s said;
Do you have any office products installed on your PC?

I think, dunno. Ill try Aseprite to see if the text thingy is now working
