Aseprite

Anyway to move/manipulate a reference layer?
As part of an assignment for a course. I'm supposed to be tracing over an image to create a pixel art version. Not particularly surprising, the image (which was not created in Aseprite) doesn't align properly to the pixel grid.

In the pixel art software I use on my tablet, I can move, stretch or generally manipulate reference images - is there any way to do that in Aseprite such that it'll line up more closely with the pixel grid?

Yes, change to the move tool on the side, you will now be able to move the reference, if you want to resize the reference you can hold ctrl and hover over the reference and it will get an outline, you can release crtl at this point, you may now go to a corner and resize it.
thanks - that's really helpful.
