How to rotate?
Hello, I have some question to rotate pixel.
Shape is circle, and I want to rotate it about 30 degree.
Please let me know how to rotate pixel!

Use the Marquee tool (short cut: M), select the pixels you want to rotate, and then move your cursor to the corner of the selection box, you will be able to rotate the pixels you have selected. GL :happymeat:
