Lighten/Darken Tool

I was wondering if there was a lighten/darken took in Aseprite.
Because I watched this video of a guy doing pixel art and he used Piskel.com and I saw they have this very handy tool which lighten/darkens pixels

EX: Say you need to do shading, rather then having to find the lower or darker tint which becomes a HUGE pain in the ♥♥♥ in piskel you can click on this lighten/darken tool and click on a pixel, If you normally click on a pixel it will change the color to a bit lighter or you can hold ctrl and click and it will darken the pixel making shading SO much easier!

And I couldnt find if Aseprite had this tool or not. So can anyone help me if there is a tool or similar tool to it?
