I also wonder if it make sense to level up the soldier? Do they get better? I feel no difference... It would be cool, when u can change manually some stats like hp, speed, accuracy with every level-up. I also hope there will be more weapons, enemys and levels with different settings, maybe as an DLC-Campaign...
The Legionnaires get a slight boost in hit points and damage output with every rank up. The effects are not too transparent it seems, we'll need to add a tooltip to the promotion screen to show you the effects better.

Thanks for the ideas! A skill-tree type of level up system was a bit too cumbersome for the design, since the Legionnaires die easily and also the rookie soldiers should be able to finish even the hardest missions... Maybe a difficulty setting in the beginning to determine the amount of Legionnaires you get for the campaign is good way to go!

Hi, Kristian from Aeonic here. (It's a sort of national holiday here in Finland this weekend and I didn't have a chance to get the developer flair for this, so you'll have to just trust me on that.)
The problem has been looked into, identified and fixed, and the fix will be online in monday. Thanks for your patience.
