Golf.exe has stopped responding

Good evening,

Since the update introducing Candyland, the game has been unstable in staying active. After the first game played, I am unable to join a second game of golf under and circumstances. I have now checked the integrity of the cache twice and have not lost any files. I wanted to know if this was a known error?

Does it stop working on launch or midway in a game?
Are you running version 0.0.98.1?

Here’s a list of things you can try:

- Check for any updates for your graphics or OS
- Run the game with DirectX 9 on game start-up (Option when you launch the game)
- Disable your anti-virus or allow the game through your anti-virus and firewall
- Turn off Windows Defender
- Reinstall the game
- Run Steam as Admin

Thanks for the quick reply,

Since the time of my post, I have done the following:
- Forced Update of Game (It was missing a patch)
- Ran in DirectX9

The game seems to be running a little better at this time, but will let you know if anything else crops up. To answer your question, it was just prior to starting a new game. Once the game is started, there have been no notable issues.
