Could you please check for pending updates for your system via the steps below:
- Select the Start button
- Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update
- Select Check for updates
- After installing the update, select Check online for updates from Microsoft Update
Then try the following:Could you also please allow ads.t17service.com in any firewall/AV you have installed?
It would also be worth disabling the Caddy Pack DLC and retesting the game.
Other players have reported that disabling their ad blockers also fixed this issue.
If the issue still persists, please get back to us when you can and we can investigate this further.

First, I would recommend contacting your ISP to find out what your NAT is set to as this could be the problem.
Would it be possible for you to connect your computer to a different WiFi or a mobile hotspot, just to check if this issue still occurs?
It would also be helpful if you could test if this still occurs when you connect to your WiFi router using an Ethernet cable if possible.
