It would be really fun to be able to re-do holes, or only play individual holes for practice. So like Forest: Entire Map, Forest: Hole 17(because you are satan)

Hey, I've only started playing this game last week but me and my friends both agree that some type of practice mode on the actual courses would be nice, maybe even the option to skip ahead to certain holes as well instead of having to work your way through each hole.

I understand exactly where dev is coming from, the opportunity to practice single holes will allow everyone to perfect their game hole-by-hole and that will mean that playing against those people will become really tedious, there will be a massive gulf in skill between new players and people who practice. The current course layout allows us to test how the ball will roll on ramps etc and kind of give us a gauge on things like how much power to use and what kind of angles will work and which ones wont.
Imagine playing a game where someone shoots holes in ones and albatross' every hole because they have practiced, but your friend who just bought the game shoots a 100 and doesnt want to invest the time to get that good... idk, i like the way it is right now, if the practice course gets more additions and updates then i think it will suffice.

Yeah, this is why I am on the fence about it. Maybe not practice specific holes. But practice judging the shots.

Yeah, thats why i like the current practice course, there are a few things missing from it but there is enough to be able to mess around with different obstacles and work out safe shots for when you're in-game

I'm really ooking forward to the future of this game, just to let you know i bought this game after watching KYRSP33DY's videos oon yt, maybe you should chuck a few keys out to other youtubers to get them playing? this is exactly the kind of game that i like watching on yt, big lobbies, everyone gets hyped up and competitive... just a thought bro

We have tried a few, but we must get buried because we get no response. Speedy is really cool along with the guys he plays with, kind and nice.
We will look at contacting other youtubers.We wanted the game to have more content so there are not a bunch of old videos around but I think thats happened anyway.

yeah i understand bro, it must be hard contacting those guys. Well i know the player base will just continue to grow, and as new maps are added more peoople will be playing longer sessions and convincing more of their friends to play.

As far as practicing to the point you are better than others, that is already done on forest for my group of friends. I am regularly shooting under 35. 33 last night in classic and I believe I could shoot a 31 if I focussed and worked on hole 16 some more.

Oasis is also coming down to a science, I have most holes figure out so I come in FAR under par by the end of the match. Practice mode just makes it easier to work on certain holes.

As far as content goes. We are currently using your game to fill content in the official PCMR stream.

To add to this conversation, its not like people just can't start up a private game, set the strokes to like 50, and then add Reset option to practice how to get a hole in one.
