How do you get an albatross?

Thats 3 under par but not one in hole.... How am i supposed to score with 2 strokes while still having 3 till par? There are barely any holes that have 5 and can be one hole in one. And somehow i did it once.

Albatross is when you get it in in 2 strokes on a par 5

I've gotten quite lucky with Forest hole 17 to get Albatross (I think it's 17 - the one with like 3 pipes near the end that lead to death)
