Change in game name or nick

Hello I would like to know how I can change my name. I got a second copy so my gf could play online, but I used her sons steam account so it has his name. I also want to use our real names since this is more of a thing I plan to do with family. So I would also like to change mine as well. Any idea how we can do this or can it be added kind of like bowling :)

Not sure you can because it uses the steam name as the name inside the game. Perhaps the developer could add it? Not sure how much work that would involve.

You can change your steam name quite easily if you goto your steam profile and then change it back after.

I play with the family offline often and I wish you could change the names for offline "Player 2" for example and the golfing order.

This is the second thing I wanted to ask.
You can customize the ball and other stuff, but the names always stay "Player n".
It would be great to let us change them aswell.
