You should be fine.

Can all Steam games be shared with friends and family?

No, due to technical limitations, some Steam games may be unavailable for sharing. For example, titles that require an additional third-party key, account, or subscription in order to play cannot be shared between accounts.

You can always refund if it doesn't work as expected.

Family sharing does work with GWYF - you will still need two copies though if you want to play with someone else (i.e. you can't share the game and then both use it at the same time).

Yea, I've found it in my shared games in my library. My brother owns the game but doesn't play it much so I was gonna play it with a friend.

I love seeing a developer encouraging users to get a refund if the game does not meet their expectations. Hats off to you.
(I fee llike expectations is the wrong word in this case, couldn' think of the word needed haha.)

If someone honestly doesnt like the game or has issues with it on their system, we have no problems with them refunding it. I think a lot of people forget that refunding is even an option.
