Do you still want to know about it ?
All in all, when you choose ranger or ranger hardcore difficulty it is going to make your game a lot more difficult in almost every aspect. But i recommend it for seasoned players because of the immersion it provides. You can sometimes be instakilled by a shot to the head. Ranger and ranger hardcore are basically just harder difficulty levels
For those who do not have time/patience to read the above=
1. Less ammo to be found and less ammo can be carried
2. Limited hud on ranger and almost disabled hud on ranger hardcore
3. Receive more damage from enemies and do more damage to enemies
4. Filters are harder to find and last less time
5. Less money to be found
6. Ranger provides more immersive experience
PS. Sorry for long text and spelling mistakes. (English is not my native language) There might be more to it than stated here but here is all I can remember right now. Hope this helped =D, always happy to help fellow gamers.
