Having trouble being stealthy with Chapter 4-Frontline
I'm having a hard time with the frontline level. There's so many enemies... I have 3 stealth-oriented weapons; Silenced scoped pistol with stock, pneumatic sniper rifle, and silenced scoped VRC. Even with this setup, I keep failing. Just wehn I think I've taken out all the enemies on the Red's side, another one or two always pop out of nowhere and kill me. When I jump down onto the pipes below the trolley you come in on, I either fall through them or there are two enemies that always see me and kill me. Is there any way to snipe them before I go down there? Any advice on staying stealthy? Feedback is much appreciated.

As for me I just avoid all guards, and complete the whole level without killing. If you want to quietly kill every single guard, you won't be successful. You need to learn how the patrols moving, ect, and sneak pass them. You may need a few try. You bought the stealth suit on the previous level with the nvg, right?
Btw, some youtube video may help.

I did not see anywhere to purchase a stealth suit when I was in the station... You're probably right. It's probably better to conserve ammo by not killing anyone. Do you think I could finish the level by knocking everyone out?

Stealth is the name of the game in this one. Getting through this can be done, it just takes patience. Wait back in the shadows, monitor the enemys patrol routes, even if it takes a few minutes to make it through. Remember, most of the time the darkness can be your friend, you just have to use it to your advatage

You should have bought that. Its harder to see you when you wear it.
You can complete the level without killing or knocking our anyone if you want.

I could just reload from the level before. I've done it already once. Where's the kiosk located? All I saw was the gun stalls.

Well, if you stand in front of the gun shops, the suit sellers should be behind you. They don't have tables, or else.

When I beat it I just stuck behind cover and shot all the lights, there is even a generator by a tunnel where if you interact with it, it turns off all the lights. It's easier to have the Stealth suit because it comes with nightvision

It's not that difficult actually, you can get through the level even without killing enemies, which is how i did it. Well, i did kill the nazi because he would've killed the captives, and also you know, nazi.
Anyway here is how you do it. Go down the stairs and then go left under the bridge. If you're fast enough the commisar might still be speeching away and there might be no soldiers to avoid. I'm not sure about this as i opted to wait and get the moral point. While you're standing under the bridge to your left there should be a commendant about to execute a supposed desrter (not really a deserter, but that's how communism works). I was never able to save the poor sod, but feel free to try. After the felcher is gone go towards the barrier on your right; there should be a gap in the barrier. Go through this and continue through the hidden planks and walkways. Provided you didn't fall, which is a fair possibility you should be able to make your way down to the mass graveyard-like area below the bridge. Through most of it you can move easily, but beware of two things. One - there will be a searchlight to avoid, Two in the last third of this area there will be a lot of traps to disarm. After this go up a ladder and switch off the lights as you go. Avoid shooting out the lights in this first area and Do Not switch off the generator, as this will instantly make the fritzes hostile. Go up the stairs and move through the tunnel while doing your best to stay in the shadows. If there is no other way then shoot out the lights. The end of the level is at the opposite end of the tunnel, after the large open area with the red captives below.
I hope this helps. Ha, this was a fun few minutes writing this up.

This level is nothing compaired to biomass...

What do you mean? There's no sneaking there. And it's fairly easy too, you just slowly make your way through shooting out ameba pores as you go.
