Do achievements stack up in total?

I've recently began doing an achievement run for most of my library and I finally got to this game. I noticed that there's quite plenty of Do X Thing 10 Times achievements.

Just today I got the achievement for killing 10 enemies with throwing knives and I believe I'm closing in on the one for disarming 10 traps.
But then I looked at those other achievements. 50 kills with an AK, headshots, I began to wonder if these requirements stack up in total or do I have to do exactly this many actions in a single run.

Anyone mind clarifying me on that?

Any of the accrual achievements can be completed in one playthrough. At least that's what I did.

I don't think you can quit and restart, but you're allowed to die. You have to be in-game for the counters to tick up. Going back to the main menu resets the counter, I think.

Basically, if you have to kill 50 enemies with an AK or explosives, you can blow some boys up, die, do it again, and I think that counts. I got those achievements at the red line/fourth reich battle.

But do not go back to the main menu or exit the game, as that will reset the counters for your achievements. Crashing counts, unfortunately.

Im currently doing the same thing and so far it doesn't seem like they do but most are earn able in a level or 2. So ive found replaying certain levels doing things like only using the knife to get 50 mutant kills for example a easy way to get them. The disarm traps one i had to redo my second play through and they for sure didnt carry over.

What if you just reload checkpoints? Does that qualify as going back to the main menu?

Because if you have to do it all in ONE LP and you're not allowed to reload checkpoints, that makes things a lot harder.

For example, for the safecracking one in the Dead City levels, the achievement is cracking 10 safes, and there's only 10 TOTAL in those levels.

I´m still playing right now for my last achievements.
And I finished few of them in different runs.
The last one was to "see and hear everything?" I don´t know the exact name in english.
I missed one door and found it in another run.
I finished this in chapter 3.

Same with "kill 50 with.." after 8? kills or something like that, I got it.

But I still have problems with bugs.. this crouch bug.

I can´t go into the elevator in chapter 1?2? with this hidden room under office.
I stuck there because I can´t go down anymore.
Later in a camp, there are many wooden crates on the left rail with a hidden area.
I can´t crouch there too.

I followed few guides with setting and turned vsync on in config file but I still have 200FPS.
It´s annoying af
