You can sneak on all levels with human enemies. Sometimes you don't even have to kill anyone if you are good. But it needs a lot of practice to learn how the guards patrol, which way you should go ect. Its hard to tell, maybe check youtube and try to find some stealth video.

You can play anyway you want to. I advocate killing everyone on every level, preferably with the throwing knives so you can get free ammo. As for stealth, yes you can stealth that level. *******SPOILER**************SPOILER****************SPOILER**************SPOILER*********** Go out the grate to the left. Stay on that left side. You're going towards the sandbag position. Be careful, people do move around. Go through the doorway at the end of the hall (to the left of the sandbags). The guard in that room will be killed for you. Wait for the guards to have their conversation. After they move out, and when the guy on the catwalk isn't nearby, move out into the central area, kill the lamp to your left, then flip the switch to your right. It's to the right of the doorway, some furniture makes getting to it a little tricky. Go through the gate like opening (dirctly opposite the doorway by the switch), then go right. Go through by the screened in rail car. Come out the left near the end. Go to the door ahead to your right. If you want, you never have to kill anyone, but that's easy and you miss all the loot. It's much more challenging to kill everyone, and you get a lot more stuff.
