Stuck on Market Underground Station

The game seems to be glitched because I get to the point where Bourbon says to Artyom "You know the way" and I walk through the turnstile but Bourbon doesn't follow and I can't get through the door

Is a realtively common glitch. Replay the chapter by loading from chapter select menu.

I tried that and the same glitch happened again

If you continue from last checkpoint save, the glitch will still occur. Normally, if you restart the chapter from chapter select, the issue resolves. In rare cases when I encountered one of the common glitchs (the railcar later on for example), I had to restart one chapter previously....
