Windowed Borderless Mode

Can we have an option in the game to change it to windowed borderless mode please. Can I get the launch command instead if that's too much effort because I can't remember it. Thank you <3 P.S playing on ranger hardcore mode having never played this game before and the knife is the only relieable weapon xD
