Any... "hot" scenes?

I asked my друг what the rating of this game is and he said 18+ but im not sure why it is. He only said its just blood and gore but earlier in my game I saw what looked like a prostitute, as well as in the redux trailer showed the word "sexual" on the ESRB rating intro.

So is this game really 18+? if so why is that?

There's at least one prostitute in-game, actually.

However, there's no sex scenes as such. If you try to hire her, you get knocked out and wake up with all your militery-grade ammo stolen.

I doubt her existense alone is enough for most people to even as much as raise an eye-brow unless they're darn near puriterian about it, honestly, but thought I'd mention that, yeah, she exists, so TECHNICALLY there's a teeny, tiny smidguen of sexual themes in-game.
