Any way to kill monster and people with one hit in the head ? I'm new to the game

Throwing knives are also op.

The VVS, i think it's called, is also great at precision firing, and can slot the militery grade bullets. You'll be half-way through the game before you get that one, though.

Your best bet is probebly the Volt Driver, actually. It's slow, but you can find it early, and it packs one heck of an alpha strike as long as you keep it charged. The ball bearing ammo is dirt cheap as well, so bonus.
