And when playing fallen i even tried imitating the worst ai possible - play the cheapest cards available, no tactics, always attack base (like the old ai was), still easy win....

I think it might have been because they had 8 cards out already? No idea, but it happened in both of the games I tried (quit back to main menu after 1st time). This was playing as 1st fallen deck, on standard Raze both times.
