I can not get an inhaler.

I am not good at English, so I'm sorry if something went wrong.

I can not get an inhaler.
I have done almost the same thing by watching other player's videos.

I did all the operations (see, have, etc) which can be done in the first room
I fell down with asthma and went to the tower (many times)
Press the E key to find the inhaler under the bed

Although I did all these things, I could not get the inhaler.
It fell countlessly and collapsed, I went back and forth between the room and the tower, but nothing changed.
This will not be improved even if reinstalling.

As a point different from the movie you saw, the icon with x may be displayed.
Are there bugs in my environment?

You need to come closer to the bed and point the camera at the empty space under the bed, click when the icon " eye".
