I can not get an inhaler.
I have done almost the same thing by watching other player's videos.

• I did all the operations (see, have, etc) which can be done in the first room
  
• I fell down with asthma and went to the tower (many times)
  
• Press the E key to find the inhaler under the bed

Although I did all these things, I could not get the inhaler.
It fell countlessly and collapsed, I went back and forth between the room and the tower, but nothing changed.
This will not be improved even if reinstalling.
