Steam Deck tweak to run perfectly (fix stutter)

Despite being listed as "unsupported" the game works fairly well out the box. However, the framerate does drop fairly often. After much tinkering, I found a simple fix that makes it run flawlessly.

-set refresh rate on steam deck to 58Hz

This locks the game to 58 fps with no stutters. I have vsync off and all settings maxed. Hopefully this helps someone else!
