it's only cosmetic, so it's up to you

I see, are there any technical issues with the cosmetics ? (e.g. costumes not displaying properly)

None that I've found.

All of the cosmetic DLC's have no real impact to gameplay apart from the aesthetical appearance of the characters. However, it is worth mentioning that some of the DLC costumes have their own unique battle themes that will change the music that plays during battles (such as the Tales of Legacy bundle and the Idolm@ster costumes set).

As for any technical issues, I haven't found any either.

Lol, this game has released for a long time already. If there were any issues with the DLC, they would have heard the complains and fixed them long ago.

I saw a discussion 2 weeks ago complaining how they never fixed some of the subtitles in the game.

Do you mean that the subtitles were translated improperly? Or is it some other issue that you are referring to? I've finished the game on both PS4 and PC and I didn't find any issues with the subtitles from what I recall.

I see. Now that you mentioned it, I noticed there is a certain skit showing wrong subtitles. A few lines of the skit doesn't match up with what they say. (No, it is not translation error. It doesn't even match up with the Eng dub)
Maybe only a small amount of people noticed so the developers didn't get the news...? :bienfu:
Afterall, it is easier to spot a graphical error rather than an error found in tens of thousands of dialogue scripts

A few sidequests have messed up dialogs, in the endgame that is.
I remember one, where the line should have been voiced cleary, but it wasn't.

Also there is at least one cutscene where the character is talking, but before it finishes, another starts to talk.

It's not game breaking, but it doesn't add to the overall quality of the game either.

Yeah I was talking about the improper subtitles. Some are not translated correctly too lol. It's a little off topic but yeah I guess I'll buy the dlc since I am in love with the game. Zestiria was my first tales game and it's honestly a clusterfck with the tutorial and mechanics. Berseria breaks it down so it's easier to digest

Ah okay, understood. I must not have done those side quests yet.

Tales of the Abyss was my first (and my favorite) Tales game. I really enjoyed Zestiria, but I understand what you mean. Several people in the Zestiria discussions also had complaints about how the game just threw a lot of details at the player without providing ample time to understand them.

Nice, I hope you do give Zestiria another go! It's still a great game despite its flaws.
