Tales of the Rays have already shut down its English version, so you cannot play that one anymore. At most, you can still download the Japanese version to play if you really want. You can get an App called QooApp on your phone to download the JP version. Or you can just download the APK and use the bluestack emulator to play on PC. Sometimes you can't enter the game due to the update prompt, so you will need to download the latest APK to update the game if that happens.
And lastly, Tales of Crestoria is still in development. Don't worry, it will be a free-to-play game (with gacha system). They are currently aiming for June release based on the latest announcement. But the date may be delayed due to the current COVID crisis.
You can't pirate a free game you know.Tales of the Rays and Link are/were both absolutely free to play, but there were optional in-app purchases.
