Any missables?, how much do i need a guide?

Previous Tales games had long obscure side quests that were also missable (Judith's Spear), how is this game in that regard?, do i need to follow a walk-through?

There is 1 missable achievement, If you plan to 100% in 1 playthrough (you can check a list for this achievement) but 2 playthroughs is highly recommended (NG+ is easier for grinding/farm the last trophies (lvl, titles, etc...))

The missable is " Witness to the Mystic "
you need to see all the mystic arte, from your party and several bosses (story related / side quest)

So you can do the first run normally, and look a guide for this achievement after (the progress in the achievement carries over the NG+)

Another missable is one of the characters outfits. It's hard to miss since it's early in the game, and obtained by checking exclamation points.
