There is already a lot of guides on the internet. You can always do a bit of Google instead for asking someone to make a guide.... = =

Here is an example of a Complete Guide: http://www.gamersheroes.com/game-guides/tales-berseria-fashion-guide-costumes-attachments-guide/

The ones that aren't mentioned in the guide are unlocked through story mode. To get them, just keep playing...

Also, as you keep on playing and progresses the story, more costumes will be available in the mini game as prizes to exchange.

If you want to get the winter clothings. You have to keep playing until near the end, around 90% of the game, which is after the volcano, Mount Killaraus. And then exchange your mini game points for the costumes.

Most of the base game costumes are pretty meh tbh. The re-color and jackless outfits are probably the best ones. The normin costumes look too goofy for me and the swimwear/spa towels are pretty generic. I was a little surprised that there wasn't a steam guide for unlocking the outfits myself, but there is an achievement guide that describes how to get the recolors since those are related to sidequests and have achievements for them.I have screenshots of what they look like (except for Eizen's because of his jackless outfit is too cool) on my profile if you are curious.

A year later and there still are no good guides for getting the ingame costumes. I'm already past the point Velvet's defeated by Artorius. How exactly do you get each characters' jacketless and alt-color outfits??

Just like in the guide, a lot of jacketless costumes needs you to rest at specific inns to watch the "character events" to get them. But since you can't access some of the previous location yet, you will need to keep playing until near late game for them to be accessible. Some of the inns are in later locations.

As for the alternate coloured costume, many are tied to the characters' sidequests which only unlocks near end game.

Basically, you should play the game and need not worry about the costumes first. Velvet getting defeated by Artorius is still pretty early in game. You have only roughly done 25% of the story.

Maybe not 25%, more like 30%. But still, you have 70% to go. :NorminOrange: The story of this game is pretty long.

Well, to get most costumes, all you have to do is sidequests, mostly endgame sidequests. And most of them are marked out for you.

That's probably why no one bothered making a guide.:Colette:
