Here is an example of a Complete Guide: http://www.gamersheroes.com/game-guides/tales-berseria-fashion-guide-costumes-attachments-guide/
Also, as you keep on playing and progresses the story, more costumes will be available in the mini game as prizes to exchange.
If you want to get the winter clothings. You have to keep playing until near the end, around 90% of the game, which is after the volcano, Mount Killaraus. And then exchange your mini game points for the costumes.
A year later and there still are no good guides for getting the ingame costumes. I'm already past the point Velvet's defeated by Artorius. How exactly do you get each characters' jacketless and alt-color outfits??
As for the alternate coloured costume, many are tied to the characters' sidequests which only unlocks near end game.
Basically, you should play the game and need not worry about the costumes first. Velvet getting defeated by Artorius is still pretty early in game. You have only roughly done 25% of the story.
I had no idea I was so far behind....
That's probably why no one bothered making a guide.
