katz korner in ng+

in the previous playtrough, i open all katz box and you can go to katz korner. in ng+, can i go to katz korner without re open the 38 katz box?

Nope, you have to re-open them all, but I think it's around 25 for unlocking Katz Korner...is definetely not all of them. If you choosed the option to carry over the items, you will carry the rewards as well, so you don't have to re-open them all for them for those.

thought it was 38. arent there 54 boxes?

Can't remember the exact number on top of my head. It's one for every location.
