So yeah what happened to the rest of the crew after ending? Major spoilers! youve been warned!
Really not satisfied about the ending. What happened to eleanor, she was seen helping people bt thats about it? how about to beinfu? and how did magilou died? are they even mentioned in zestiria? rokouru and eizen?. Not really satisfying ending for me even though the game is good

Eleonore seems to have taken up helping people, but her being able to still see Laphicet tends to prove that she still has the capability to be an exorcist (if a spirit actually contracted with her that is).
Most of what happens is subtextual and open to much interpretation of course, but you could see it as her trying to fight malevolence taking root again in as many places as she could, which fits her character.

Bienfu will probably stay contracted to magilou until she gets bored of the whole witch thing.
How she dies is more or less unknown but what she did does appear in zestiria (under the name of "mayvin").
She is not going to live forever, but it's likely that she will live for quite a while still.

Rokurou will just wander around the whole world (not just that part of it) in search of worthy opponents as he polishes his dual long sword style (he states just that after all).
None of the two games actually cover much on what happens on the rest of the world after all, so he could very well still be alive chasing rumors of great warriors all over the world even thousands of years later, not just in midgand's area but around the whole world.

Eizen returns to his sister and ultimately becomes a dragon that you meet very early in zestiria, along with meeting his sister and zaveid that was coming to fulfill his promise but stopped after seing the main crew of zestiria.

For the most parts, aside from rokurou and eleonore (at least I don't remember anything about them popping up), the rest of the cast does tie up with zestiria (bienfu is just a normal normin at that point and uses his normin name, so he becomes not that noticeable, but he is there).

For me, the most "not satisfying" part for me is that they don't build on the premise they built that innominat looks like velvet's brother and has his memories, but not his will.

Soo many questions. lol anyway thanks for the answer. Ah man! Roukoru and Magi are my fav char on the game. Theyre the one that makes the game funny. Shame shame shame! Would love to see an OVA about what they are doing a year or two after laphi became a dragon. Something like that.
Fel Feb 27, 2017 @ 10:56pm
Laphicet didn't actually become a dragon, that light dragon thing is just a form he assumes as an empyrean.

Dragons in that world are spirits that absorbed too much malevolence and transformed into a mindless beast that generates even more malevolence (funny thing is that dragons are the only demons that are visible even to common people) and are thought to be unable to be saved, even by purifiction.

For the whole "what happens", maybe the anime will touch a bit more on that, as it seems willing to touch on what happens in berseria too.

Magilou She is mentioned in Zestiria. At some point you're made to look for the original Mayvin and you spend some time tracking it down. Eventually you end up at a grave guarded by a Seraphim who says this is where the first Story Teller of Time, the first Mayvin, sleeps, and that she died over 300 years ago. That's Magilou Mayvin. She survived Berseria by 700 years, serving as the Story Teller of Time for the entire duration. It's... never easy looking upon the grave stone of a beloved individual, especially since if she'd just lasted a few hundred more years you would have met her in Zestiria, some one posted this on facebook wall I just CO-PAS

Hmmm i see. Now I got more questions lol.. Like did Magilou became first story teller? ugh I need more back story. Where I can get or read stuff related to them? Light novel? A book?

@[AWTS] Dovakhiin you can get the info from tales wiki and also in the anime zestiria X s2 episode 18 they mention velvet and magilou as story teller https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c2IqMfpZbhY

It's hard to look for continuity in Zestiria since Berseria didn't exist when Zestiria was being made.

The story got sadly, dumbed down to crap like naruto or one piece. The best part is that Velvet claims Innominat isnt her borther, only to hug him as if he was him, in the end. Roku is as filler character as you can get, so I am not even surprised that he doesnt have a back story or future for that matter. Eizen's end is kinda obvious but they didnt even bother to show us what caused Eizen to experience the transformation into a dragon. Eleanor probably stuck with Kamoana the whole time, since she felt guilty about her mom. Magilou didn't have much purpose in the game in the 1st place, so she doesnt have an ending as well.

Overall, it's a badly written story. Nice to look at, but without much depth and realism. It's simply something shallow and easy to read, like harry potter or one piece.

@down
I doubt it. The story shows that well.

But it was developed by the same person who made zestiria. Surely they have planned for this. lol WTF those char with no back story were far more interesting than the main one. They really really really should make a back story.

They worked on both games more or less at the same time.

It's obvious you never went though the side quests as they answer pretty much all of what you just said.

Also the irony whenm your username is form Naruto and you called it dumb crap, I don't even know how to take that in.

I played through the entire game, so I know what I am talking about. Also take it whatever you feel like, If I cared about what random idiots think of me, I would be dead.
