Code Red Number 30 Bug?

Hi Guys,
im doing the last code red monsters and I believe, i found a bug I cant explain.

Was searching for :
30. Hexen Isle: Demon Rodler. Located at the west side of the isle. You can unlock Hexen Isle after clearing the side quest for the achievement A Promise Made by approaching the two exorcists in Stonebery.

I DID the Zaveid Sidequest and can go to the isle. I killed the code red Monster.

But this monster isnt shown in my Bingo book and if I go back to the isle, there is no monster anymore.

Does somebody have the same problem or has an idea what to do?

Technically the number is 31. The last one at the Empyrean Throne which is Rokurou's side story

I have same problem. My stats show i killed 31 code red monsters and in the code red log it only shows 27. Seems like a bug to me.

Meeh, not really. I did number 31, which is, as you said, Rokurou's side Story His mother

Have to advance the story a little bit. I know what you mean, but this is the only way around it.

You mean the achievement code red more like code dead? I was wondering about that too. In the achievement guide it says you get it by completing all class 4 islands (which i also did). Well i completed all class 4 islands and killed all code red monsters and still dont have it :P

Perhabs (i dont believe) Bandai will patch this till winter 2018 :D

If this is a bug with achievements, pray it's also broken on the PS4 version. Sony doesn't allow games to remain with bugs which prevent the collection of trophies. This would force Bamco to have it patched.

No.30 showed up in book for me after I handed it in for the reward.

I got that achievement yesterday and I never finished the class 4 islands

Ok i checked it all again and it seems like i was missing one hunt which was nr 27. After completing it and talking to the bloodwing he then completed 3 hunts for me and its at 31 now and i got the achievement.

Weird because i talked to them multiple times before to see if any new hunts came up and they wouldnt complete the others.

I got the achievment but I don't have number 30 in my hunting book though he is registered in the enemy book

I decided to get all the Code Reds before finishing the game and near the end I did it in this specific order No 31 -> No 29 -> No 30.

After I got No 31, the game stopped ordering them in the correct order. No 29 appeared after No 31 and No 30 didn't appear at all in the book. I still got the achievement, but it looks strange.

Edit: Oh, it actually replaced itself properly after moving to another area.

I have the same problem, but I noticed it already at the end of the game, is there a solution?
