Save file location
Can anyone please tell me where the save file location for the Steam version of this game is saved? Thanks in advance for the help.

And why would you want to know that for?

There could be many reasons, including sharing the file with the friend you spent 10+ hours playing together at your house, so that both of you can continue from there on your own, or if you are going to change PC and don't trust/don't use cloud saving, to name two.

Mainly because I might be going to another place and would like to continue my game progress. I have noticed that Steam cloud saving does not always function on all games (no idea about this one)

Don't ask why and just tell where the saves are if you know, I'd like to know as well.

Don't worry about this, the saevdata should get synced just fine. I use steam cloud all the time and it never failed me once in over 5 years.

I'm not lucky, I simply know how to use Steam cloud and what gets synced for what game and when.

its luck:
steam cloud is automatic, and it works outside users control; the only option available for users is to turn it on or off, and if something goes wrong at server side, a weird glitch or similar problem at client side , you could lose your data and have to start from zero.

i have experienced problems with steam cloud sync in linux, and if i didnt had a few backups of save files, i would have lost everything. steam cloud is currently reporting zero bytes in my games, so i hope its only a problem downloading the information rather than data loss.

I will never understand ppl that waste time with that kind of answer.
If u have an answer and can help, go for it. Stop wasting ppl time with a question that has no point at all.
Seriously lmao why in the world would anyone care.
My Deck deleted a savefile once because it couldn't sync when I started up the game and it overwrote the cloud storage when the game closed. So sometimes I backup saves manually when it acts weird just to be sure. That's it, no need to call the police.
