I won't mind paying extra for a Rated 18+ "Tales of Bersera", in Fact I will pay double the amount for a XXX rating version of any Eastern Game like >> NEKOPARA <<.

Your real reason is "Capitalism", then you're doing it wrong. If you really want money, simply capitalize by separating the kid version from the adult version INSTEAD of modifying the whole game itself to acomodate all ages.

Doubt reputation or scandals is the reason. Everyone knows those games are originaly rated 18+ and everyone have been moding steam version into the original xxx version WHILE PLAYING in Steam.

But uncensored patches already exist for all these visual novels on Steam like Nekopara for free so no need to pay more than Steam tells you to. =/

As cheesy and lame as the magical death over a Games of Thrones death is, that scene has been spoiled forever in trailers and only lasts for a few moments out of an entire 32 hours of gameplay. Pay $100 bucks for a super linear Tales game with barely any skits compared to the likes of Vesperia and Symphonia? No thanks. Steam super sale for me or used ps4 copy. xD

I know they do, but since that is not part of steam. It breaks the game easily after working for a few hours with a simple patch.

People pay $1000 for a ingame item which is why pay to win games exists everywhere. See WoW for example, or any FPS game which auctions a knife more expensive than a real world knife. Sure you wont pay for it, but the gaming comunity isnt represented by people like you. Such culture exists because people that pays for non sense is everywhere.

Depends in games like 11 eyes or Da Capo its more like culmination of the route wich makes it worthwile tough i loved Clannad or Little Busters so VN doesnt need hentai scenes to be good

Visual Novels industry would never flourish without the hentai scenes. Fate Series for example would not end up with an Anime by Deen, Silverlink, or UFOtable if they never released it with hentai scene cause people would not be buying. Those big names would not be making an adoptation of something not popular.

Fate is a really bad example, as it actually shows otherwise.. the original didn't sell terribly well (it did quite average, as it was typemoons first game as an actual compnay), but it was when typemoon released the all ages version (Realta Nua) that sales really started to pickup (and fyi, the animes are based off of that all ages version, you can tell by the way certain events playout were changed in Realta Nua).. Fate didn't sell well because of H scenes, it sold well because it had an intriguing concept and well executed plot, that is why only one entry in that entire franchise had any 18+ content (and that being the lowest selling entry of them all), and the fact it was converted into an all ages anime (several technically).. so yeah, the example you picked actually goes against what you are stating..

we also have stuff like Clannad, the new Angel Beats VN, Steins Gate, Chaos Head, and several other all ages being some of the most universally acclaimed and loved VNs out there.. Type-moons Tsukihime remake (which they are pumping alot of resources into atm) is also all ages.. some of the most widely acclaimed VN's out there, and they are such because of a well exectuted story and characters, not because of "h-scenes"..
