The Velvet wallpaper was censored

Checking the badge page, the Velvet picture (When you click on her card) shows her with shadows covering her chest and stomach.

Nothing important really, just wanted to point that out. I guess it's some form of censorship but luckily it doesn't affect the game itself. Kind of a shame tho for the people who actually use the steam wallpapers for something.

This isn't heavy censorship but it's still an example of a light one. She's the only one who suddenly got a shadow on top of her artwork to obscure the visuals. Of course they aren't going to put a freaking censor bar on her chest and totally ruin the wallpaper, now THAT would be retarded.

Censorship that doesn't remove something but instead obscures it somehow happens all the time. The best example I can come up with is HDN's cover, her chest part in particular:

This's not censorship dude, they added the shadow just to make the wallpaper more edgy but failed miserable. Censorship would've been covering her entire body because she's almost nude.

I have the same impression since the badge related stuff is bound to more strict guidelines than even the store pages themselves. I recall this happening in several other games with similar "sexy" content.

How is it not censorship in any way? They specifically covered the only character with underboobs. Asking for her entire body to be covered so THEN it can be considered censorship is hyperbole as ♥♥♥♥.
