@小さな百鬼夜行: Can you tell me the vsync value in the config.ini file I talked about in the post? It should say "1", and if it doesn't, please edit it and save the changes.

Still getting a black screen. Also that path file does not exist. Nor does a config file appear in the steamapp folder either.

@Cale1up: it's not the steamapp folder. The path does exist in your computer, search for it thoroughly. If you need more help, just post another message and I'll try my best to guide you.

putting

%localappdata%\MomodoraRUtM

into file explorer points to that file path for windows 10 machines seen as some people don't seem to realise that they can't just copy and paste the filepath in the original post without amending the username part. This will automatically direct to the logged in user account's local app data folder.

Seems to work fine with vsync on and no compatibility mode for me using windows 10

is this being patched? i cant seem to find the files anywhere
