When do I finally get to warp?

I am done with more than half of the game and I STILL can't warp.

Is this one of these games where you get this ability right at the end where it's next to useless?

Got it with 66% map completion, was the 4th crest I found and I can't even warp to all bells with it?? Oh well..

Yeah, warp was the last crest I found on my first playthrough as well. In case anyone else is wondering, nothing is stopping you from getting the warp ability earlier by going back to the forest area as soon as you obtain cat form

Yeah, finished first run now. Really nice Metroidvania style game although I'd have wished for a little more control on the warp. Apart from that, very enjoyable experience.

Well depends on the order you do things. It can easily be the second crest depending on the order.

Going to the forest was the first thing I did after getting the cat thing because it's the first place that hints at using it. lul
