Yes, I read what they said. But why does it work that way? I could still defeat all three forms if given the chance; it would just take a little longer.
Yes. I know. I'm asking WHY not having the Spring Leaf causes you to die after the second phase.
This is just a speculation based on facts on Momodora II (since there doesn't seem to be any mention of it in momo4), the green leaf is said to be able to purify the Queen on the Underworld, which is how you purify the final boss in momo2 and get the true ending, otherwise you kill her and get another ending. So my guess is that the Queen in momo4 is stronger than the queen in momo2, and therefore not even the red leaf is enough to kill her and the green leaf is a must, causing you to do an "impossible battle" and die in the process.
Now I got this title through a monthly Humble Bundle, so I didn't choose to get this game; it just landed in my lap. I had no expectations going in, and it was a nice enough diversion for a weekend. I can't say I would have been able to take this newfound knowledge in stride if this game had been a conscious purchase on my part. :/
You've made your feelings very clear in multiple threads so far. Once again, I'm extremely sorry for giving you an underwhelming experience. Wish it could have been different.
I have a bad habit of forgetting that people can't read my mind whenever I make threads on forums to discuss games. My bad. :(
Usually when I dislike a game, I tend to discard it entirely and forget about it. But when I do like a game, that's when I find things to complain about it, because the few bad things always stand in stark contrast to all the good things.
Does that make sense?
Sure. All good!
