In the most high (Royal Pinacotheca) there is a box that usually pull wind (little Windmill) with that box you are going to go to the Karst city, specific mind in the Eddy, in which this two room right after the fight against Knight and in that Eddy use the wind box, which will open a small wall in which you can access the cat mode. After entering this room, this you ask you bathing your blade in you, do it and you will get your melee weapon upgrade (Fresh Spring Leaf) and is necessary for the true end.
