Need fix: Can't move the mouse cursor inside and outside the game window

Hello!
I have some problems.
My program MHOOK doesn't work with your game.
I play in the window mode (not full screen).
Is it possible to show the mouse cursor in your game, let it move freely (in the current version it's always in the center and doesn't move)
and also let the cursor move outside the game window?
I have a program that allows me to assign keyboard buttons to mouse movements and I cannot use it when the cursor is hidden or doesn't move.
Could you please add an option to show it or maybe make a special version for me.
This is very important for me.

Вы должны отцепить мышь от окна (позволить курсору перемещаться за пределы игрового окна).
