How do you know what military leaders you have in a province?

I'll get events or popups that will say I have leaders available in a province. Is there a menu that shows me what leaders are in a province?

Open the ledger. There is a page listing your military leaders and their location.

Are you sure? I went through all the pages in the ledger twice and couldn't find that list.

What is shown on p. 23 of your ledger? The one you get directly to when clicking the swords icon after opening the ledger?

Looks like you're right, but I could have sworn this wasn't working properly earlier. Do you know if this also shows explorers?
