Constant micro-stuttering, any solutions?
I'm experiencing very aggrivating micro-stuttering, where when moving I can see the game skipping frames constantly causing a sort of jerky movement. So far I have not been able to allieviate it with any settings. Anyone know any tricks to fix this? Or this a permanent issue?

System Specs (It sure as hell ain't my specs causing it.)

i9 9900KS 5.0ghz
RTX 2080ti
32GB 3800mhz ram
Intel Optane PCIE ssd.

i have practically the same setup as you and I cannot get rid of the screen tearing, makes it impossible to play in any enjoyable way. tried even reducing resolution and at 1080p it stayed the same.

Same, game settings made no difference. I'm going to try a few more things before I give up and refund, I'll let you know if I find a solution.

I'm not having any tearing, but after a few hours of play the game became jerky. The framerate didn't actually drop, but it was freezing for an instant every second, so I had to save and restart the game to clear it out. Suspecting a memory leak or similar, since it only happened after extended periods of play.

Try adding
-window-mode exclusive
in launch options - right click on game in library then go to properties - set launch options and put it in there and then press ok.
this almost always fixes these issues for me in unity games.

Sadly no, I mean the game runs just fine at fist, but performance drops like a rock over time. I think Kitsune is right, it's some sort of memory leak or other progressively performance degrading issue.

I found that performance seemed to get even worse when installing a flashlight mod item. Something to do with the lighting effects must not be working properly.
